Staff here are really great, they're so friendly and know how to cater to people from all over the world! the place is always clean too 👍.

The room we had included a mini-bar, central heating, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The night bar was fantastic!

Overall - beautiful designed and high-class place with extremely helpful staff that actually are suited for international customer service. Panoramic sea view, well-equipped room. Comfortable beds, clean pool. Had absolutely perfect and comfortable location in the center of the touristic part of Eilat, a few steps away from Spiral Park. Close to the sea shore.

The location here is perfect, just a short 10-15 minutes' walk from Hananya Beach.

Minibar available but empty. The quality and selection of the food in the room service could be improved. Handling of check-in and check-out at peak times could be improved. Staff - partly speak little or no English; cleaning staff partly sloppy

Nice ambiance. Tip: book an executive room with lounge access. Then you can have breakfast in the lounge separately and enjoy snacks and drinks all day. On the 12th floor with a bomb view !!!

The staff were extraordinary service-minded and very responsive. The hotel was very close to shops, good restaurants, and entertainment. The promenade where the beach is located was nearby.

The rooms are already outdated - no digital charging stations which many hotels already have. New furniture would be very appropriate.

The room was decent sized and brand-new with a balcony and fantastic view, and all other comforts. the night bar was fantastic and the drinks were refreshing.

The spa area was unfortunately not included in the price - bathroom was clean but not perfectly clean

I loved staying in a spotless double room with a balcony and appreciated the extra amenities like a safe box, minibar, and central heating.

Liked my time here. Had 2 nights in Eilat, spending my time here lovely. I had a twin room included with the shower as well as balcony. Its location was very central, next to Moriah Beach. Also, the area was good.

Nice breakfast

This is not a 5 star hotel as they claim - just waste of money. Small and crowded pool, drunk youth, shards of vodka bottles on the floor. Hotel staff treated these drunk as VIP since they ordered plenty of alcohol from pool-side bar.
